## Teams

### FLAME (Red)
Performance-based meritocracy. Top 20% of Red runners each season become Elites, earning a 4x point multiplier. Common Red runners earn 2x base. When FLAME wins a territory scope, all members get additional win bonuses.

### WAVE (Blue)
Collective strength. Every Blue runner benefits when their district or province is dominated by Blue. Union bonuses stack: 1x base → 2x with district win → 3x with province win.

### CHAOS (Purple)
The wildcard. Any player can join CHAOS at any time, but it's irreversible — you can never switch back. CHAOS power scales with daily participation: 1x base, 2x when 30% of Purples are active, 3x when 60% are active.
